How do I upload movies onto the machine? Q1. What types of videos are suitable? You can put any type of video on there - it is really up to you and what you think would be suitable in your location. Examples include advertisements, game trailers, and promotional videos. Q2. When will the attract videos play? When the machine is not being used by a player, the Game Gate will play videos (that have been previously uploaded) on the LCD screen. Video files will play in random order. Q3. What format videos will the machine play? Many file formats are suitable including AVI, WMV, MPEG, FLV and GIF files. We recommend that files are high definition 720p minimum for the best picture quality. Q4. Can I upload image files such as JPG's? Not at this stage. However it is easy to convert such files into an animated GIF or similar video file for use on the system. Q5. How do I upload movies onto the machine? To load video files onto the Game Gate you will need a computer and a USB flash drive, such as the one included with the equipment. On the USB drive, create a new folder named "GGvideos". Copy all of the video files you wish to play on the Game Gate into this folder. Remove the USB drive from your computer and insert into the Game Gate User Panel located behind the top coin door. |
